NJCDCA STATE CHAMPIONSHIP INFORMATION

NJCDCA Game Day Registration – Important Dates & Information

Registration for the NJCDCA Game Day Competition will take place through RegChamp. Please review the following important dates and deadlines:

• November 1, 2026  – Game Day Registration Opens: Coaches may begin registering their teams independently through RegChamp. 

• November 12, 2026 @ 7:00–8:00 PM –Zoom Registration Webinar/Open House: 

  • Join us for a virtual registration help session! Kim McGowan, Sarah Szoke, and Deanna Markovitch will walk through the registration process using a mock registration as an example, followed by an open Q&A to assist coaches with any questions or difficulties. Link will be sent to membership the day of! 

• November 22, 2026 @11:59pm - ON TIME Registration Deadline 

• December 4, 2026 – LAST CHANCE: Late Registration Closes: All registrations must be completed by this date.

• December 7, 2026 – Preliminary Schedule Released: Coaches will have 48 hours to review the schedule and report any issues or conflicts.

• December 9 @ 7:00 PM – MANDATORY Coaches' Zoom Meeting: All coaches are required to attend. Any schedule changes and important competition information will be reviewed. Failure to attend will result in a deduction on your team's score sheet.

• December 13, 2026- Game Day Competition @ Monroe Township High School 

  • Session 1: Game Day Divisions 

  • Session 2: Game Day Groups 

Additional Notice: Wristbands will be required for coaches and spectators. Further details regarding wristband procedures will be shared.
