DEADLINE March 18, 2008

This scholarship program recognizes outstanding senior cheerleaders / dancers within the state of New Jersey for their academic achievement and athletic excellence in cheerleading and dance.

As part of the scholarship application, each student must ask their coach to complete a coach's recommendation form on their behalf. All information on this form is confidential and will only be shared with the NJCDCA Scholarship Committee.

All applications, recommendations and accompanying data must be postmarked by March 18, 2008. This deadline will be strictly adhered to and applications must be complete to be considered by the scholarship committee. Partial applications will not be considered.

Please encourage all seniors to complete their applications fully. Your application should include:
